Founding and Development
NBVC (NB-Vietnam-Consulting) was founded in 2019 with the aim of opening up career prospects for young people from Vietnam while simultaneously counteracting the acute shortage of skilled workers in Germany. The successful activities throughout Germany led to the establishment of VG GmbH in 2023 and thus to the further development of our services.
In parallel, our own language school was established in Hanoi to prepare candidates specifically and comprehensively for starting their work and training in Germany.
In 2025, all activities were consolidated into the VG Group to further optimize processes and support.
Our Teams and Successes
Over the last 6 years, our teams in Hamburg and Hanoi have successfully placed numerous young people from Vietnam in Germany. Both the new employees and their employers received our active support from the very beginning.
Numerous vacancies in restaurants and hotels have been filled by us to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
Cooperations and Candidate Pool in Vietnam
In Vietnam, we work closely with numerous vocational schools and cooperation partners. As a result, we have a large pool of motivated trainees and qualified skilled workers.
Placement and Preparation for Employers
For employers in Germany, we specifically search for suitable candidates in Vietnam and establish direct contact. We handle the comprehensive preparation of future employees, organize the necessary language exams, support the visa process at the local embassy, and apply for the work permit in Germany.
Care and Support
We coordinate the transfer of trainees and skilled workers to their respective companies in Germany and also accompany them after their arrival, for example, with administrative procedures or finding accommodation.

Vietnam is a rapidly developing country with a growing population of currently 97 million people. The average age is only around 32 years.
Many young and motivated people from Vietnam want to live and work in Germany. They are highly motivated, adaptable, ambitious and, due to their culture, have a great deal of respect when dealing with people.
The education system in Vietnam consists of twelve school years. The five-year primary school is followed by secondary school. This begins with the 6th grade and is divided into two levels. The first level consists of four school years, followed by the second level up to the 12th grade. At the end there is a final exam.
After successfully completing their studies, young Vietnamese adults have a high level of basic education and are therefore ideally suited for an uncomplicated placement in Germany.
Young people in Vietnam are very interested in working in Germany or doing training there. The vast majority wants to stay in Germany long-term after completing their training and pursue their profession.
Germany is the third largest economy of the world and has over 84 million inhabitants. The average income of an employee (net) in Germany is €2244 per month.
In Germany there are 1.7 million open positions that are not filled!
German employers are desperately looking for trainees and skilled workers, particularly in the catering, hotel, craft and nursing sectors.
This gives motivated Vietnamese trainees and skilled workers a good chance of finding a job in Germany!
